2011 Direct Care Worker Leadership Council Members

The Iowa CareGivers Associations (ICAs) Direct Care Worker Resource and Outreach Center (ROC), Direct Care Worker Leadership Council is made up of direct care workers from across the state who advise the ICA board and staff. They serve as the conscience of the organization and keep us true to our mission. The involvement of the council helps to make sure that both your needs as direct care workers and those in need of your care or support are met.

Direct Care Worker Leadership Council members are graduates of the ICA/ROC’s Leadership Program, “A Call to Leadership.”  Once they successfully complete the Leadership Program, they are eligible to apply for a position on the Leadership Council. Click here to learn more about the ICA/ROC’s “A Call to Leadership” program and how you could become a part of the Leadership Council.
