HEALTH INSURANCE MARKETPLACE OPEN ENROLLMENT AND RENEWAL DEADLINE
DECEMBER 15, 2015

To Enroll or Renew:

  • Go Online:  www.HealthCare.gov.
  • Call 1-800-318-2596 (24 Hours a Day, 7 Days A Week).
  • In Person: Get face to face help from people in your community who are trained and certified to help you apply and enroll.  These people are called Navigators or Certified Application Counselors (CACs).  To find Navigators and Certified Application Counselors in your area, call 1-800-318-2596.
  • If you miss the enrollment period, you must wait until the next open enrollment period unless you qualify for a special enrollment due to loss of employment or other changes in the last 60 days.
