Conference Highlights
Just a note to let you know I was a first timer this year along with 2 other co-workers and we had an awesome time. We signed up for the leadership program and are looking forward to all future conferences. You guys put on a wonderful event. Thanks so much for this opportunity to get in the mix of things.
– Barbara Giellis, Home Care Aide 2

Many Thanks To The ICA Conference Planning Committee!
The ICA relies on volunteers to serve on our conference planning committee. They plan every last detail of the educational conference and awards reception. They meet every month for the entire year to ensure direct care workers have a good learning and networking experience. Thanks everyone!
— Pam Biklen, Program Director
The conference was great and it’s always gratifying to see its positive impact. It’s cool to see the results that the Leadership Program has made in assisting men and women grow personally and professionally! I have a WOW TAKE A BOW feeling of admiration toward those who have participated in the program and who have jumped into their leadership roles with both feet, and with heart and soul and are paving the way!
In addition, what excitement it is to see long held objectives becoming realized with the new credentialing process, and with it, career building opportunities. I hope ICA takes the time to feel ecstatic about being the catalyst in helping to create these revolutionary pathways.
