Iowa CareGivers’ ROC programs are designed especially for you, the direct care worker. Attending our programs will provide you with opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. Highlights of the educational experience through ICA include: enhanced education and caregiving skills, motivation and re-energizing your caregiving spirit, recognition and appreciation for your work and dedication, networking with other direct care workers from across Iowa and other states, a renewed commitment to your profession of direct care, and a fun, relaxed learning environment.

A Note from Education and Community Outreach
My goal as the Education and Community Outreach Specialist is to increase awareness about the ICA ROC, teach our programs, develop new programs, and increase the availability of these programs to direct care workers across Iowa. Our goal is to provide more regional conferences to make it easier for you to attend. (See our map of ICA regions). It is an exciting time for us to develop partnerships with you through learning and networking.
